How long will my project take?
With any endeavour working outside, we are at the mercy of the Great British weather to an extent. We will quote bracketed time scales to allow for unforeseen delays or any additions to the build. This can more greatly extend lead times. However, we can assure you that once a project is started we remain on site until completion.
How much will the work cost?
All our customers are issued with a fully itemised transparent bill of quantities, outlining costs or budget figures. We pride ourselves on being honest and above board at times this will cost us projects but in the long term helps up retain clients and gain repeat business.
Are there any hidden costs?
We will never intentionally hide costs; we do ask that all our customers read through the quotation and ensure it covers the needs of the project before agreeing to any costs. We will also recommend any cost-cutting and engineer the project in a cost-effective way.
Why should we choose you to work on our project?
We are an established customer-focused organisation that keep ourselves updated with all the newest products and methodologies. We always build to a high standard specification and not to a budget, this may mean we are not always the cheapest in price, but the quality of work produced is the best.
Can we hire your team?
Yes, just book early to avoid disappointment. In high season we are back to back with bookings and do have a much longer lead time.
